Where are your records actually pressed?
The music, the artist relationships, and the pressing partnerships stay rooted in Kathmandu — but the physical pressing itself happens at dedicated overseas plants equipped for proper vinyl mastering, since that's currently where the right presses exist. It's part of why short runs cost what they do, and why we're deliberate about which titles get the vinyl treatment first.
Why are your releases limited edition — will you repress?
Because pressing plants and international shipping make short runs expensive, most releases — ours included — stay limited by necessity, not just marketing. A few hundred copies of a title is typical. Once a specific run sells out, we generally don't repress that exact pressing again.
My country isn't listed at checkout — can I still order?
We're adding countries gradually rather than all at once, so it's possible we're just not there yet rather than deliberately excluding you. Reach out and let us know where you're ordering from — it helps us prioritize where to expand next.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, but currently only for turntable orders shipping to Nepal — that's the one case where COD is available instead of PayPal. Every other order pays through PayPal at checkout.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll get an email once your order is on its way. We're a small, independent operation, so for anything beyond that — a shipment that seems delayed, or a status check — the fastest path is our contact form with your order number.
