Returns & Exchanges

To protect collector value and audio quality, vinyl and cassettes must be returned unopened, in their original shrink-wrap, to qualify for a refund. Once a seal is broken, we're not able to accept that item back.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

What Qualifies

  • Vinyl & cassettes: unopened, sealed, unplayed.
  • Apparel & merch: unworn, unwashed, tags still attached.
  • Turntables: contact us directly before returning — these ship Cash on Delivery to Nepal only, and return logistics are handled case by case.

Arrived Damaged?

If a record arrived warped, cracked, or with a split seam, that's on us, not you — email us with a couple of photos and we'll get a replacement out to you at no extra cost. No need to return the damaged one first.

How to Start a Return

Reach out through our contact form first, so we know it's coming and can point you to the right address. As a general rule: pack records in a rigid, record-sized mailer (a soft envelope won't protect them in transit), and return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
